• Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bamptee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but will strive to resolve any technical issues promptly.

Bamptee reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Users may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for early termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of France.
